Yvonne Richards was nominated by a mother of one of her babies as well as a fellow employee.

"She taught me how to care for my own baby, even though the nurses can do it for you-it is awesome being apart of my own child's care and Yvonne has helped me take every step of the way," said the mother.

She is extremely compassionate with every patient that she encounters and is selfless in thinking about them before herself. She empowers and is her patients biggest advocate.
