Janet always puts the patient first. She treats each patient and family as individuals and strives to create a relationship based on patient and family experience. The best interest of her patient is her driving force.

Her other driving force is being a positive member of the team. Janet role models our Standards of Excellence EVERY day. She is committed to her co-workers and makes everyone around her glad to be working with her. Peers know that when they work with Janet she will bring out the best in all of them. Less experienced nurses seek her out as a mentor and appreciate the manner in which she shares her knowledge. It is very evident that Janet is proud to be a nurse and is a shining example for us all. This has been true her entire career, whether she is helping new moms in the BirthCare Center or assisting a patient through another colonoscopy to determine if they are cancer free.
