Tracy is a very experienced nurse in the Outpatient Services Department. She is proficient in Endoscopy, PICC insertions, and Pre-Operative services. Tracy consistently approaches her patients with kindness and compassion. She narrates all care which places patients at ease and gives them confidence in the care they are receiving. Tracy has hardwired Studer principles in her daily patient care activities.

Tracy has recently accepted the role of charge nurse in Endoscopy. She has already implemented many positive changes that have improved processes, patient care, and physician satisfaction. Tracy always goes the extra mile to address departmental goals and responsibilities. In all situations, including those that are challenging or stressful, Tracy maintains a positive and calm demeanor. She participates on the Outpatient Partnership Council. Tracy is a role model for our Nursing Philosophy at Sutter Santa Rosa.
