Brittany Bentley is an outstanding nurse. She has been a NICU nurse at UMC for over 5 years and is a member of the Neonatal Transport Team. Beyond her clinical expertise, she has the biggest heart for every baby that comes into the unit. In the past, Brittany has spent some of her free time crocheting hats, blankets, etc. for the babies and their families.
This year, Brittany went above and beyond making personalized Halloween costumes, so that every baby in the unit had something to wear for the holiday. No parent wants their baby to spend time in the NICU, but Brittany's dedication to the babies brightens the unit and puts a smile on the parents' faces.
