I had two children with surgery on the same day. Nurse Linda received the first of my twins while I was still waiting for the second to finish surgery. She kept D comfortable and was extremely attentive to him during my absence. During our entire stay, she was in the room, frequently ensuring that he was comfortable. Her assessments were detailed and meticulous, and she handled any issue with grace and compassion. We felt as if we were Linda's only patients (although I'm sure we were not) our entire stay. When he became sick, she was the first to dash and start to help clean up. Her demeanor was always calm and gentle. She took the extra time to do the little things not required. D especially adored her back scratches. We were also blessed to have Nurse Linda also care for our other child on the last day of his stay. She helped to ensure that we had everything necessary for discharge. Our family is incredibly grateful to have been cared for by Linda. She is an amazing, knowledgeable nurse, going above and beyond to ensure her patients are cared for.
