Kristina exemplifies what the DAISY Award stands for. She is approachable and caring, treats the patients and other staff members with the respect they deserve and is incredibly knowledgeable in her field.
Kristina began her career in Endocrinology as a Medical Assistant. She completed her nursing degree as a single mother working full time. Kristina matriculated to the Resource Nurse role and mentors newly hired staff to our Endocrinology Specialty Practice. Kristina's colleagues praise her for her positive attitude and willingness to help anyone anytime.

What I can say from my experience working with Kristina is that she is always willing to learn. She assisted in training me when I was new and provided me with the skills and knowledge that I still use today. She carries herself in such a professional manner, she can always be approached to discuss or ask questions. She is a pillar of strength for the Practice.
