Words cannot contain the compassion and empathy that Yee had for my daughter. This isn't our first rodeo with the type of sickness she has had. We have had horrible experiences in her care journey as she is in an extreme amount of pain.
Yee is an angel from heaven. My daughter is on the call light a lot, even though I have her try to refrain. Yee was so attentive even if it was just to come in and comfort her and provide kind words and show her love. She is an exceptional employee. I am sure this isn't her first nomination. She was so kind, compassionate and reassuring. I know from previous experience in the medical field it can be stressful and demanding, but Yee was happy to be there always with a smile on her face and kind words. She would randomly drop in to make sure we both didn't need anything even in the calm times. She is such a treasure! I never knew we would have so much love for a complete stranger, but she has nailed it!
They don't teach you the amazing people skills Yee has all day long! Thank you, thank you for hiring such an amazing person! She definitely was the light at the end of the tunnel. As an additional side note, this round we had her the first day and we were expecting to have her the second day. Sadly, that didn't happen, but the few times I had to go to the nurses' station to get something for my daughter she always made sure we got whatever we needed right away like she didn't have things to herself. As I said, words cannot express this wonderful woman! Yee deserves the biggest pat on the back, bucket of chocolates and the world's biggest hug!
