Joy has been an exceptional caregiver since we arrived at 2 West. Her calm, professional, nurturing demeanor has been a saving grace while caring for our father. Dad was scared and anxious that he was not getting better. To be honest, we were all scared. She constantly reassured us that Dad is getting stronger every day. She praised Dad for his achievements and always pointed out signs that he was getting stronger. Joy Dimagmaliw is a true credit to her profession. I forgot to mention, Joy delivered all of this exceptional care while mentoring and teaching a new nurse. She is truly an exceptional human being and nurse!
