I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Weiss for two of my births, 4 years apart. I can't think of a more dedicated and caring individual. She made me feel safe and treated me like family. She was easy to talk to and explained everything. She was professional yet lightened the room. As a facility you should be nothing but proud in having her as an employee and is an excellent representative of what I believe Pullman Hospital strives to achieve. As all the staff I had in and out of my room over the time there she went above and beyond her call of duty in caring for me and my newborn son. Her passion for the job and compassion for others radiates from her and towards others. She is the reason I will continue to use Pullman's facilities in hopes that there are more Nicole's spread throughout your healthcare system.
