My mom has been in ICU for several days now. Crystal was always professional, smiling and caring for mom. She went above and beyond and I felt much more comfortable going home at night while this nurse was here. I work in healthcare myself and to be on the other side of the fence this time instead of being the caregiver has not been easy. I appreciate all she did to help my mom and me.
