Kelly is an exceptional nurse and leader. She is a strong clinical nurse, patient advocate, and steward of responsibility. She does so much for the unit and is under-appreciated for all her contributions. I don't know how she manages it all but she does so with poise, dignity, professionalism, passion, and compassion.
