I have known Pam for many years now since working in 4300. The first thing one notices with her is her pleasant, calm, and friendly personality and the more you come to know about her, you will discover that she is genuinely a beautiful person inside and out.
Pam has an extremely busy schedule, as she follows patients having procedures in 4300. She spends endless time educating them about their new device, instructing them on what to do and what not to do. She also checks their devices before they are discharged home to make sure they are properly working. When everyone is done with their normal shift, you will still see Pam around doing her rounds, with a smile. The stress of the nature of her workload that she does would easily be seen in her ways. She always keeps her calm and composure all the time. I just do not know how to explain it, but I am sure Pam has a secret way of coping with stress.
She is indeed a very special nurse and deserves to be acknowledged.
