*A very gracious RN. She is very informative and gives great care.
*Caryn is all of the above criteria. To me it is not just the title or the job of being a nurse; she enjoys her work and caring for her patients. She has a heart of gold and totally focused on her nursing skills. She deserves to be a 5 star nominee and recognized for being a great leader.
*This nurse was very patient with my 80 year old mother. My mother was hesitant in taking her breathing treatments because it made her heart feel different. Caryn had to come in twice after her treatment to help my mom understand the effects of the treatment, the importance of the treatments and the option to refuse. I had lost all patience with my mom but Caryn did not. I worked for another medical facility for 10 years and rarely witnessed that type of patience. I was the Patient Advocate and witnessed "beyond the call of duty" and this is one of them!
*Interacted with my stepmother well, very cheerful, likeable, sympathetic, diligent and calming!
*Very patient, kind and seems to go out of her way to make the patient calm and at ease. Explained every detail of her care and what we really appreciated was even after her shift Caryn would come to assure the patient. It was very heartwarming. She made us feel a lot less lonely in a very scary situation.

*Caryn is a Professional! Nursing is not only her occupation but also her heart! She is consistently 100% focused on the care of her patients and also their families. She is a team player on any unit and is a pleasure to work with. Excellent example of nursing!
