My mother was a Rehab patient at OSF for over a month. While there were many outstanding nurses and therapists assisting with her therapy, our family owes a special debt of gratitude to Web. Not only did he provide outstanding care to his patient, but his compassion and concern for our family during this difficult time was very much appreciated.

He was always available to answer questions, explain procedures and even give all of us a (much needed) pep talk! His passion for his work and his dedication to his patients was obvious each and every day! The extra back rubs, daily encouragement and root beer floats that my Mom received were an additional bonus! When I left the hospital after visiting my Mom each evening, I always felt better knowing that Web was her assigned RN for the shift. I knew she would be in good hands and would rest comfortably and some days, especially early on, that was a true blessing!

Again, I can't say enough about the entire Rehab staff, but Web stood out! He is a definite asset to the team and truly deserves this award.
