...Hope cared for my grandmother while she was hospitalized. My grandmother and the family are very thankful for her dedicated care. She is an excellent nurse and an outstanding person, and one of the hardest working individuals I have met. Hope impressed me from the start with her intelligence and willingness to understand even though there was a language barrier between my grandmothers who speak only Spanish. She had patience working without complaining, even though my grandmother was very ill and emotionally unstable. She was always observant, accurate, responsible and trustworthy.

Hope's professionalism was not the only thing that impressed me . . .it was her enthusiasm and hope. In a time of stress, having a loved one ill, she was empathetic and supportive with a positive attitude. Hope always had a smile and kind words to cheer the family on; making us comfortable and giving my grandmother a sense of relief. She has the ability to inspire and I too, would like to follow her footsteps and become a nurse in the future and work for GSMC.

Hope exhibits highly valued qualities, not only as a nurse, but as a person as well. My grandmother as well as the family, think very highly of her. Hope makes Good Shepherd stronger and is an excellent representative of the facility.
