Jane consistently meets the criteria of professionalism, compassion, trust, clinical expertise, excellence and most definitely goes above and beyond. She demonstrates these qualities on a daily basis. Often times she is presented with simultaneous tasks, juggling stressful situations, whether it be assisting physicians, co-workers, visitors and most importantly patients. She always does this with a smile and pleasant voice, and is respectful to everyone. She is a mentor with 40+ years of service to nurses, using detail, common sense and patience. She helps everybody she comes in contact with by staying grounded and calm and she does that so naturally and gracefully.
