Therisa Davis, Cardiac Cath Lab nurse, was honored in September as WMC's first recipient of The DAISY Award For Extraordinary Nurses. Therisa has more than 30 years of nursing experience and was nominated by one of her patients.

"Therisa is very deserving of this award," says Chris Brown, Cardiopulmonary/Neuro/Sleep Services manager. "The compassion, care and love she shows our patients is an example for all of us working in health care."
