I had never been in the ICU before and Kyle helped me understand all that was planned for me. He was excellent at showing compassion, clinical skills, and professionalism. He provided the leadership to make certain all my needs were met. I am so thankful that Kyle was my nurse. St. Vincent's should be proud to have Kyle as one of its nurses.
