My husband was admitted through the emergency room, to the ICU unit for 24 hour watch. When we arrived in the ICU unit Vincent, our RN, made us feel completely at home. Vincent's personality is very kind and warmhearted towards my husband and me. He was sincere in answering further questions, he was knowledgeable, and made us reassured we made correct decisions.

Vincent was able to explain to our family members how important that the first 24 hours were critical for healing. Whenever Vincent had to leave for breaks he made sure we were introduced to the nurse standing in for him. We were treated so well by Nurse Vincent!
