Brandy Smith is a competent, compassionate, and caring nurse. She has taken a leadership role in our ICU as a mentor for new nurses, and advisor for 3rd shift, a patient advocate, and an EPIC Superuser. Brandy's calm demeanor and leadership skills are an asset to our unit, hospital, and vocation.
