"My Mom had neck surgery. Her surgery went very well. However nausea came and Mom was miserable! She was supposed to be discharged but we couldn't imagine traveling with her so sick. Christina went to bat for us and got another night in the hospital. She interceded with Dr. B as well as "insurance". She goes the extra mile! All around perfect bedside manners."
