After I had a 27-week premature baby, I often found myself depressed and uncertain in the NICU. I saw no end in sight and felt sad. Ashley recognized that this was very hard for me and my family and went above and beyond every time to assure comfort, positivity and that our baby was in the best hands possible.
She often gave additional education on situations, helped with breastfeeding techniques, and would offer to take a picture of me and my baby, as well as dress him up to help us bond. She is an excellent and very smart nurse. She made bad days go away.
