Kelly talked to the family like a sister to us. Kept us informed every minute what was happening to him, and what she was giving him for meds. Her personality was so wonderful to us and made us feel so comfortable through the hardest part of my life, losing my son.
She didn't lie or say he was getting better. She put her arms around us and told us how hard this is. She called the doctors when we asked to see them. She also called the minister and made us feel relaxed. She also prayed with us. I just can't say enough about her; you had to be there every minute of her caring so much about us, too.
