Rand is the best nurse! She is kind and cares about her patients. She has a welcoming smile, and that is important to someone in pain. She listens to her patient's concern. She took care of me in every way I needed, medically, personally and emotionally. Attitude is everything and we as humans decide what our attitude will be and when she comes to work she has the correct attitude, beautiful smile, welcoming demeanor. She is exactly what this hospital needs in order to keep this hospital thriving and striving to be the best. While in the hospital I was very sad and depressed.
