Jimmy is the backbone of the emergency department on the night shift. Without him it might crumble and fall. He always has a good attitude, never complains,always finds time for every patient and will assure patient receives care required for their present situation,even it it means multiple phone calls to physician and or transferring to another facility...he will keep after it till mission accomplished. Not only does he find time for every patient but every staff nurse as well who may need guidance or assistance; great teacher; can fix anything from a broken bone, a broken spirit or a broken printer. As a young nurse I hope to be just like him...he really inspires me.
