Estevan has been with us for 17 years and having him on the team makes a huge difference. He is a great listener and has a great sense of humor. He knows how to ease tensions at work by cracking a quick joke or sharing a funny link. He also did a great job presenting the topic of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome at the hospital's critical care symposium. Public speaking can be intimidating but he does this very well. In general, he always finds a way to get the job done - and done well! Thank you for always speaking up in team meetings and providing a unique perspective. Estevan is also very empathetic and compassionate with his patients. Especially with Spanish speaking patients who find comfort with having a nurse who speaks their language.
