Sandy Linsken's #1 focus is patient care. Always! A recent example is a patient needed to have a CGM removed on a specific date. The patient wasn't able to attend that day, so Sandy made arrangements for it to happen at a different facility a day earlier. She is always doing things like this!
She also floats to other locations (like SFH) when they are short staffed. She does this without complaining, despite the longer commute and change in her schedule, because it's what the department needs. She has developed competencies and training materials for other RN's as well. If this wasn't enough, she passed her CDE exam in June.
