Jay was so helpful to my husband and family. He was focused on the patient, researched his case, and did all he could to keep him comfortable and safe. He is the best nurse I have experienced after being present for many hospital stays over 80 years. We appreciated that he could be here with us for two full days. You should be very grateful to have this outstanding nurse!
