Jodi has continuously shown real care by cutting most of the red tape away from the outside medical stuff. He stays late, is in early, shows genuine care for my situation. He absolutely keeps the process moving. He continues to battle for me when I have all but given up on medical help outside of the VA. Jodi takes the extra step and motivation to find the answers and proper treatment for my case.
We are still fighting the battle and we both know that there is still a lot more to come. Jodi makes me feel and know that he has my back whatever the case is!
In the past, I have been lost in the paper and political aspect of the VA and Jodi has stepped in and made calls and got the results. He is concerned for not only me but also the other Veterans he treats and cares for.
When others have dropped the ball, Jodi is the one who picks it up and runs with it. My hat goes off and I salute you my friend, Jodi. Thanks again.
