Kristen Geideman, a nurse that we dream of having. Kristen, who was on duty in the ER when my father arrived at 2 PM, exemplifies the compassion, empathy, competency and personality that any "customer" of your business would dream of having as their nurse and advocate. All of this is in the context of a hospital with no available rooms and the need to keep my dad in the ER that evening. She is an employee that should be a mentor to all her peers.
