The moment Dan walked into the room he greeted us with a smile, introduced himself and got to know us a little bit. We weren't just his everyday routine patient. He made us feel welcome. Dan went above and beyond for myself and my family by making sure whoever was with me was being taken care of as well as making sure we had the correct TV hook up for our Roku so that we would have entertainment for my week stay. Dan took time and helped my mother and I put a puzzle together, and we laughed and joked, but he was able to keep everything professional as well. On his day off he bought some puzzles and brought them to my mother and me so we could stay busy knowing how boring it can be trapped in a room. We felt very cared for.
He is always on top of things and even if he is busy with other patients, he will swing by to make sure everything is okay. Even my husband was impressed!! He is a DAISY Nurse for being so caring and passionate about his patients.
