During my uncle's stay at CMC, Nikki was outstanding in her performance to ensure his comfort and safety. In all points, I have observed her acting in a professional and caring manner. She always greeted us with a smile and even though D was at times difficult because of his behaviors, her attitude towards him was compassionate and respectful. Zeal to promote the common good, finds but cold entertainment in the world.
Here at Covenant Health, it is self-evident that the nursing staff and management are in one accord a team of knowledge and compassionate individuals. Nikki is a shining light and worthy representative of the twenty-five guiding principles of this organization. In addition to excellent care, Nikki was kind and friendly to the patient and family while meeting our needs. She created a healing environment where the patient has an opportunity to improve and regain independence. If family had questions, she did not hesitate to answer them in a way that we could understand and maintained the privacy and dignity of the patient. With these things being said, it is only right to show our gratitude and recognize this individual for going out of her way in all manner of honesty, service, and loyalty to promoting Covenant Health as the care system of choice. In our community, this is a must have. Nurses are healers and Nikki has "the touch".
