Michelle took excellent care of K. She communicated exceptionally with me and my wife the entire time. She also made our Princess K feel very comfortable through this difficult process. She has a great deal of passion for her job, and it shows through her work. Michelle demonstrated great nursing skills as I watched from my daughter's bedside as she helped other nurses with their assignments and cared for other kids while she cared for mine. She handles pressure very well while also training another nurse. Something else me and my wife noticed was someone came into the NICU unit to run tests or something and Michelle noticed that she came from another processing area and needed to change her lab coat. My wife and I just wanted to let CHOP know what they have with Michelle. She is an exceptional nurse and a very passionate and caring individual.
