Brent is a wonderful team member on our units and has a servant's heart. Brent's demeanor is calm, peaceful. He connects with his patients and in doing so they state he eases their mind. Brent's patients describe him as compassionate and empathetic. One patient stated, "Brent was, in short, outstanding!"
One patient came back to the hospital for a diagnostic test in the outpatient area and could not stop talking about Brent. She stated, "I cannot praise Brent enough! He is super compassionate, efficient, personable and very professional. During my hospital stay, it was shift change and it was after he had introduced my night nurse that I became very nauseous and sick to my stomach. Brent stayed with me, he held my head, wiped my face with a warm cloth and never left my side. He made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that I would feel better. Brent went out of his way after his shift to comfort me."
