My son is a patient in Surgical ICU. Matt was so very helpful the three nights he cared for my son. He was kind to him, took very good care to see he was taken care of and made comfortable. He would keep us informed of his progress, explained what was going on with meds, alarms and always answered our questions about his labs. He is a very kind, compassionate and professional employee. He always stayed busy with keeping the room clearned of unnessary clutter and managed his time by staying on top of the work that needed to be done in addition to taking care of my son.
