My father was admitted for MI and needed a CABG. We were filled with uncertainty and angst. Daniela took extra time educating my father and showing him kindness and warmth. She had an ease about her that calmed our fearful hearts. She helped us to process information and make an informed decision. Later the following day (still in her care), we saw her downstairs walking an elderly gentleman to his car. He was walking very slowly and she had a soft, encouraging voice as she helped him get to the finish line. She has the truest of gifts, compassion!
I would entrust my family members to her care any day of the week!
