Amy Cohen did an awesome job with a seriously ill patient and their difficult family who was struggling with their loved one's declining health. Amy worked very close with this patient's family to explain everything that was going on. She kept them very well-informed of their loved one's condition.

Amy went above and beyond the call of duty to monitor and oversee this particular patient's care. The patient's condition rapidly changed many times from stable to unstable, and Amy was always helping to update the family, the team members, and the other staffin addition to never forgetting the patient as the wonderful human being that she was.
