My dad was admitted to the Surgical ICU after undergoing a quintuple bypass open heart surgery. Adam Drake was one of many wonderful caregivers to my dad while he was there for 8 days. Adam stands out the most for many reasons. Adam had my dad during his worst part after surgery when my dad had ICU delirium and very weak and in critical condition.
Adam never made us feel like we were in the way, he always took the time to address our needs and the multiple questions we had daily for him, all the while showing extreme compassion towards my dad and knowing exactly what to do with the multitude of medications and care he needed. He was always kind and sincere whether over the phone or in person. Always very trustworthy with his knowledge of everything that was going on with my dad at any given time. The passion he showed in his daily routine truly shows how much he enjoys his job and is fantastic at it.
Finally, Adam's caring attitude not only towards my father but my mother and I was above and beyond in my opinion. Truly from the bottom of our hearts we are very thankful for Adam making this very hard and unpleasant experience much easier due to his compassion, sincerity, passionate caring attitude!
