Jenn is always eager to have her patients moving and getting out of bed as she realizes how important ambulation and even sitting up in a chair is to improving her patient's outcomes. Because of Jenn, her patients progress well towards returning home with fewer complications and setbacks. Jenn is always seeking information from the Rehab staff and collaborates her patient care with other staff members that that the patient receives excellent care.

Even though I am in the hospital, my entire day was enjoyable because of the compassionate care and sincere attitude of Jennifer. Even though I knew she was busy, she never rushed with me when she was in my room. She answered every question and treated me like I was her own mother! Her knowledge was amazing! What an example of the perfect nurse. I think she is an angel and a wonderful representative of Mercy Gilbert.

Following a radical prostatectomy, Jennifer was the first nurse I remember encountering. Her pleasant and confident demeanor set a tone of peace and assurance that my recovery was going to be a positive experience.

She gently and carefully explained that the volume of blood in my urine was expected and not a cause for concern. She spoke kindly with my wife and helped her to be comforted and relaxed. I felt blessed that Jennifer was my nurse on all the days of my recovery. Knowing she was available helped me to relax, rest and recover.
