She was so attentive-whenever we noticed anything on the monitor, she came immediately without us calling her. She was watching just as closely as we were. Anything we asked for, she brought.

She was truly amazing at figuring out how to make Edith as comfortable as possible using pillows, etc. She was so concerned with everyone's comfort. She noticed immediately when something scared me and explained that what was happening was notrmal without me having to ask.

Whenever other caretakers came in the room (midwife, anesthesiologist, doctor, etc.), she would take the second or two to interpret what they were saying so we could understand.

This was a baby who was being given up for adoption. The birth mother, her father, the adoptive mother, her mother were all present. This nurse did an EXCELLENT job navigating that difficult situation and made all of us feel understood and valued, but not judged. She made us all feel wonderful so we could all enjoy and appreciate this amazing day. She showed each of us compassion. She was great!
