Lindsey is a phenomenal RN. On one particular day recently, Lindsey was caring for an elderly confused lady who was constantly trying to get out of bed. Lindsey took time to arrange for her to be up in a chair in the hallway close to the nurse's station. She did this to ensure patient safety.

She also kept the patient busy by getting a bedside table and having her fold wash cloths. This kept the patient busy for hours.

In the morning, Lindsey got the patient a smoothie from the coffee shop and sat and had a conversation with the patient. Lindsey was also able to arrange with her co-workers to sit with the patient at different times so she could still take care of her other patients. This is just one way she expressed her dedication to ensuring very good care.

Later in the afternoon, she got a wheelchair and took the patient to the Lobby Gift Shop and bought her some candy. The patient was able to be stimulated and did not try to get up.

Lindsey is very compassionate and committed to patient safety.
