Karen Gonzalez is consistently a very thorough and compassionate nurse, is our units NPC liaison and part of our UPC committee. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her patients are well taken care of everyday that she works. I would like to recognize the exceptional care she gives our patients as well as her work to keep our unit working as smoothly as possible.

Karen is a new preceptor who is truly engaged in her practice. She is looking to become certified to assist not only her patients, but other staff. She always provides a smile for those frightened patients.

She always holds the hand of her patients when needed. She strives to provide high quality patient care with every patient.
