From the pre-procedure call introducing herself as the nurse that would be attending to me during my sedated MRI, Chris Helbert went the extra mile in making sure I knew exactly what to expect upon my arrival at IU North. Chris greeted me immediately after registration and my questions and concerns were obviously important to her as she patiently and thoroughly explained every detail of the procedure. Chris could sense my anxiousness and immediately took measures to calm my fears from a warm blanket and socks to a gentle reassuring voice. I felt I met a trusting friend that would remain beside me until I was safely back to my pre-op room. Thank you Chris Helbert for being the epitome of a caring, compassionate nurse!
