I am a new grad, and Li is the PERFECT example of what I aspire to be as I move forward in my career. Without fail, Li is 110% available to be anytime I ask for her assistance. She helps me in a calm manner, showing me how to multi-task in hectic situations without losing focus. She goes above and beyond by recognizing when I am overwhelmed, steps in & eases the load. She never "takes over" a task without taking the time at some point to educate me about what transpired. She consistently delivers quality care with a smile on her face & kind demeanor. I cannot say I want to work weekends most of the month, however I purposely sign up for Saturdays because Li is scheduled for charge nurse that day. I truly cannot say enough about Li and why she wholeheartedly deserves this award.

Whether she is a charge nurse or nurse on the floor Li is always helpful. She takes the time to help other nurses and when she is a charge nurse she acknowledges the floor nurses' needs and is very accommodating. She exemplifies what a true leader is all about. She is very positive and has a smile on her face regardless of what type of day she may be enduring. Her positive vibes boosts the team`s morale and adds to a more positive environment. Li is very knowledgeable in her craft and takes the time to educate me when I have questions or need assistance. I enjoy working with her and her pleasant self and wonderful attitude. I truly appreciate her as a person, leader, and nurse.
