Kim is a courteous and positive nurse. She provides her service to patients, coworkers and visitors with a smile on her face, and is a joy to be around. Kim is very knowledgeable, but continues to be willing to learn; often asking questions when she is asked about something outside of her expertise. She will do anything for her residents and patients. On one occasion she came in on her day off to take a wheelchair bound resident to see the Williamsport Crosscutters play a game. The resident had a phenomenal experience at the game, and when she was thanked by the family for granting the wish she simply said she was only doing her job.
