Kathy has been a nurse in the Adolescent clinic for many years and has cared for a multitude of patients. The Adolescent Clinic team nominated her for going above and beyond and being the ultimate team player and leader for the staff. The entire clinic staff signed her nomination form and they made the following statement:

She goes above and beyond every day without being asked, without complaint, and until now, with very little recognition. Kathy creates a medical home for every one of our patients. Kathy is the super-glue that holds our clinic together. She is exceedingly deserving of this recognition.
