He had great concern. He went above and beyond for me and my family. Whenever I rang for him he was right there. He took the time to get to know me and my family. Anything I needed he was right there. He had a wonderful personality. When I had my seizure he was about to go off duty; he stayed with me the whole time and went with me to my CT scan. He stayed with my family also.
