Deborah Cayton shows exemplary leadership skills and always makes a positive environment for her coworkers and patients. Recently when I had to send one of our staff members to the ER a little after midnight, she helped her co-worker's patients without any hesitance or complaints. She never mentioned about taking on too many tasks, and showed care and consideration for her co-workers. She is always calm and professional. Her outstanding skills are proven through her routine rotation as a charge nurse. She is a team lead for the unit Core measure committee and is able to provide expedient feedback to her team and management. She constantly strives to adjust staffing to coordinate with the census and budget. She is truly a blessing to the hospital.
