We have been at Dell for 30+ days and have had Jordan for many night shifts. From the first time we had Jordan, he was able to connect with our son, C, in ways that would calm him and ease any and all his anxieties.
He always kneels down by his bed to talk to him and explain what he's doing in a way that C can comprehend. He has also gotten to know my wife and I and has made our time here much easier with his humble and gentle spirit and treats us as if we were his own family. He comforts my son when he's anxious or scared, makes him laugh to brighten the mood, and always treats C and us as if we are his only patient that night, knowing he has to juggle multiple patients.
He has entered into our pain, sorrow, and joy equally and has given us good memories in the midst of hard times.
