Jessica took such wonderful care of our mother. Her sweetness and thoughtfulness in all she did for Mom was very evident, and we, as a family, really appreciated it. The one thing that stands out in my mind is how attentive Jessica was in her care. She was in the room doing her "thing" as the chaplain was in there talking to all of us. Little did we know she was also listening and hearing what we were expressing about our mother.

In the conversation with the chaplain, we mentioned how Mom was always known for her flowers and the love she had for them. She always took care of all the flowers for her church's special occasions. We did not even realize Jessica had stepped out. In just a few moments, she walked back in with a vase of flowers and placed them beside her bed and said "A beautiful lady needs her beautiful flowers, and we must not forget that."

My son-in-law was standing there, and he said "This is why you choose Mission - they care."
